As we are getting married...first gyan we recieved from our elders n frnds is "Go for ur own house.."...Buy one house on EMI and mess up ur life.. Impressed by the points given to us..me n DK have finally decided to look for our own AAshiyana!!!!...

whole thing looking so simple..oh just this much ..so me n DK fully charged!!..

Got some dealers..first shock..nth in our budget..but still managed to get an appointment...sat 9:00 am...Wow!! this weekend we actually gonna look for our house..


...got upt at 11:00 am..missed our appointment..called dealer got another appointment.. sat 2:00pm.. no prob..got ready...called dealer...mam need to postpone it to 5:00 pm..grrrr...
called at 5:00pm...mam i m at madhvpur..coming in 10 min..after 10 min..mam im still in Mp..give me another 10 min...5 calls...but no used..became frustoo..decided to goto builder ourself..Traffic jam!!!!!!!..man will go on sun morning...
so wht should i say..sir mundate hi ole pade..

Sun morning woked up at 11:00 am...too much heat..n too much traffic..Plan postponed to next weekend........lets see if we are able to make sth this weekend..

someone told us...yeah to suruvat hai...aage aage dekhiye hota hai kya..

Upto now one thing is atleast clear..its not gonna be easy...now its just not one step..its series of steps..
1) fix budget
2) fix area..
3) go to site..
4) try negotiating..
5)go for house loan..
6) pay EMI
7) screw ur monthly budget..:-((
